Asset would like to bring all existing clients up to date with the Baldock Land, we have received the UK Government legal land registry document.

26 Nov 2009 – Asset Media - We have great news – as some of you have already seen, the Baldock deeds are coming through.

We have scanned the first ones, and the San Francisco office will be contacting all our Baldock clients to arrange delivery of these precious deeds; and the Israel office included.

07 Sep 2009 – Asset Media - We can rest easy now as the programme has been finished as to the legal requirements enabling us to issue the deeds for Baldock.

We anticipate over the next few weeks every one of our clients will be in possession of the long awaited deed papers. As explained the delay has been caused by us buying the covenenants from the District council.

The reason we have done this is for the exit programme it takes out all the lawyers’ time with sending out backwards and forwards the conditions of sale which in some cases can be complicated and expensive.

This is only a quick update and we will be adding everything on a daily basis as it happens.
